TRITEC announces it has acquired two buildings in the Hauppauge Industrial Park, totaling 30,000 square feet of industrial space and a 60,000 square foot office building.

The buildings, located at 125 Kennedy Drive and 50 Engineers Road in Hauppauge, New York, were purchased from L3 Communications. TRITEC's equity partner on both properties is Lubert Adler.

Continuing TRITEC's program to buy existing buildings and increase value through renovation, TRITEC plans on renovating 50 Engineers Road and leasing it out as research and development space. The property at 125 Kennedy Drive will be converted into a 60,000 square foot office building.
