ePlus was represented by Gerome Norton of Grubb & Ellis, and will be leasing 8,370 square feet of space, Ray Ruiz of CBRE represented TRITEC. Andrew Mazziotti, Project Manager for TRITEC Building Company, will be overseeing the fit outs which are expected to be completed the begining of July.
