East Setauket, NY, September 22 - TRITEC Real Estate Company is pleased to announce that at the start of this month ICD Publications, NYS DEC Marine Resources Division and University Hospital have signed amendments to extend their leases. ICD Publications is extending their lease at 45 Research Way until 2013. NYS DEC Division of Fish, Wildlife & Marine Resources and Stony Brook University Hospital both occupy space in 205 N. Belle Mead Road since 1995 and have signed amendments to extend their leases through 2015 and 2010, respectively. 45 Research Way and 205 N. Belle Mead Road are located in the Stony Brook Technology Center in East Setauket, New York.
ICD Publications was represented Jerry Guerra of the Paragon Group, in renewing their lease of 10,284 square feet, TRITEC was represented by Bob Coughlan and Karen Telegadis of TRITEC Asset Management. Richard Broskett of TRITEC Asset Management was instrumental in negotiating and closing both transactions at 205 N. Belle Mead Road. TRITEC Asset Management will be providing the tenant improvement work associated with ICD Publications and Stony Brook University Hospitals lease renewals. Tenant improvement work for the DEC extension is being provided through a joint venture between TRITEC Building Company and TRITEC Asset Management.
ICD Publications, publishes trade magazines for the hospitality industry. ICD has called their location at 45 Research Way their corporate headquarters since 1998. They also maintain a satellite office at One Penn Plaza in New York City.

Belle Mead Road location is one of DEC's 9 field stations but also houses the Bureau of Marine Resources headquarters which serves the entire marine and coastal district of the State of New York. The 20,290 square feet of offices protects and enhances marine fisheries and habitats for all New Yorkers to enjoy.
Stony Brook University Hospital is one of the Stony Brook Technology Center’s largest tenants and uses it’s space at 205 North Belle Mead Road for 12,900 square feet of Primary Care Offices and 8,500 square feet of storage.
