Downtown Patchogue Redevelopers announces the launch of the new web site www.newvillagepatchogue.com. Featuring renderings and information of the proposed project located on the four corners in Patchogue, the site offers interested parties a way to contact the developer for information and availability as the project develops.
About the Development
New Village’s program includes: 240 residential units, a 100+ room hotel, and 37,550 sf of restaurant/retail. Additionally, New Village will have a total of 433 parking spaces screened from the street beneath the residential buildings and in surface lots.
Safe, Secure, and Illuminated reserved parking for residents will sit below the residential buildings.
There will be five new residential buildings, each four stories over a parking base with the exception of the locations where the ground level is to be retail. At those locations there will be only three stories of residential above. In addition to the 9,524 of existing Retail at 31 West Main, new Retail uses have been proposed along Ocean Avenue at the base of the Hotel, along Main Street, and along Havens Boulevard.
Energy Star appliances will be used throughout the planned residential community. Sustainable materials will be used wherever possible. The development is registered with the US Green Building Council.
