Robert J. Coughlan
Mr. Coughlan is a Principal of TRITEC Real Estate Company and was a co-founder of the Company in 1986 with his brother Jim.
Bob is President of TRITEC Development, Inc., and focuses on corporate marketing, development, acquisitions and leasing. Along with his brother Jim, he has managed the growth of TRITEC\'s four divisions: TRITEC Development Group, TRITEC Capital, TRITEC Building Company and TRITEC Asset Management. He has overseen the site selection, acquisition, design, municipal entitlements, financing, joint venture structuring, construction and leasing/sales of millions of square feet of commercial space. The types of projects TRITEC has developed include industrial parks, mid-rise office buildings, hotels, medical office buildings, R&D facilities and industrial buildings.
Mr. Coughlan is actively involved with charitable and not-for-profit organizations, including being on the Board of Trustees and a member of the Finance Committee of St. Anthony\'s High School, on the Advisory Committee for Hope House Ministries, a member of Our Lady of Wisdom Regional School\'s Finance Committee and on the Board of Tomorrow\'s Hope Foundation, a not-for-profit organization promoting Catholic elementary schools for the Diocese of Rockville Centre.

James L. Coughlan
Mr. Coughlan is a Principal of TRITEC Real Estate Company and was a co-founder of the Company in 1986.
Jim is the CEO of TRITEC Building Company and focuses on specific strategic direction, corporate marketing, and project delivery. Jim and his brother Bob have managed the growth of TRITEC's four divisions; TRITEC Development Group, TRITEC Capital, TRITEC Building Company and TRITEC Asset Management. He has overseen the site selection, acquisition, design, municipal entitlements, financing, joint venture structuring, construction, and leasing/sales of millions of square feet of commercial space. The types of projects Jim has built include industrial parks, mid-rise office buildings, hotels, senior housing, nursing homes, medical office buildings, R&D facilities and industrial buildings.
Jim is Chairman of the Board for the Community Development Company of Long Island, a not-for-profit organization that has a staff of 70 people, manages over 2000 units of Section 8 housing and provides affordable housing assistance and community-based lending. He is also on the board of Three Village Lacrosse and coaches several teams. Jim was selected one of the leading young businessmen on Long Island by the Long Island Business News in its "40 under 40" award designation.
Mr. Coughlan is a 1984 graduate of Brown University with a joint major in Economics and Political Science. He is a member of the Brown Alumni Association and serves as an interviewer for prospective candidates for admission from Long Island.

Daniel P. Coughlan
DANIEL P. COUGHLAN joined TRITEC Real Estate Company as a
Principal in 1997.
Mr. Coughlan directs property acquisitions for the Company. He also focuses
on financing, leasing and asset management. Prior to joining TRITEC, Mr. Coughlan
was an asset manager in real estate for GE Investments, General Electric Pension
Funds advisory group. Mr. Coughlan concentrated on property acquisitions and
asset management east of the Mississippi River as part of GE Investment’s
$4 billion real estate portfolio. Prior to GE, Mr. Coughlan worked as a commercial
real estate lender and work-out specialist in troubled real estate assets
with Riggs National Bank and as a credit specialist and underwriter for Connecticut
Bank & Trust.
A 1988 graduate of the University of Maryland, Mr. Coughlan also holds a
Masters Degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.

Robert T. Coughlan
ROBERT T. COUGHLAN is Chairman of TRITEC Real Estate Company
and has over 35 years of real estate experience.
He is President and founder of TRITEC Capital, LLC and directs its full range
of real estate investment banking activities. As advisor
to major insurance company and pension fund real estate portfolios,
he has led TRITEC to develop finance programs that have funded more than $1.5
billion of real estate development nationally over the past five years.
Prior to founding TRITEC Capital in 1996, he was the President of Richard
A. Plehn, Inc., a real estate investment firm, for 12 years.
In the late 1970’s he was founder and president of The Westport Company,
a $300 million Real Estate Investment Trust. He began his career with Metropolitan
Life Insurance Company.
Mr. Coughlan is a graduate of Queens College with a Masters Degree from Hofstra
University.

Robert Loscalzo
Robert Loscalzo is Chief Operating Officer of TRITEC Real Estate Company, Inc. Rob is responsible for the operations of the TRITEC organizations, related to policies, best practices, and the attainment of operating performance goals. He is responsible for directing the organization\'s overall financial policies and oversees real estate financial and accounting operations, information technology and human resources for all of the TRITEC entities.
Rob has real estate and construction experience across a broad range of asset types, including Office, Medical, Industrial, Mixed Use, Retail, and Multi-family. Over the past decade he has underwritten, acquired, managed over and disposed of over 1 billion in real estate assets, operating companies and joint ventures. Rob has over a decade and a half of experience in managing operating entities and meeting financial performances. He spearheaded the efforts to bring TRITEC’s Accounting Department paperless.
Prior to joining TRITEC, Mr. Loscalzo worked with Briar Gate Realty, Inc. as Accounting Manager, Controller and Director of Finance and Operations. He is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University where he earned a BA in Economics Management and Accounting and holds his Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University\'s Real Estate Institute.
Rob is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association. He chairs the annual “Montauk We Hope Cycling Tour”. “Montauk We Hope” is a charitable organization formed by TRITEC employees. Rob also serves as an Advisory Board member and Construction Committee member for Hope House Ministries of Port Jefferson.
Rob was a member of the Major Indoor Lacrosse League and captained Ohio Wesleyan’s National Championship lacrosse team.

Richard Broskett
RICHARD BROSKETT is a Senior Vice President at TRITEC Capital
and has been point person for financing activities for TRITEC Real Estate Company
since joining TRITEC in 1996.
Mr. Broskett is responsible for arranging financing for TRITEC Development
projects, preparing financial modeling and competitive analysis, sourcing
construction and permanent debt financing and structuring equity participations.
He also coordinates mortgage brokerage opportunities on the full range of
real estate asset classes, with emphasis on Long Island properties.
Prior to joining TRITEC, Mr. Broskett spent 10 years as Associate Managing
Director of Dorman and Wilson and 22 years in the Real Estate Investment department
of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. He received his BBA degree from Hofstra
University in 1969 in Management/Marketing and did graduate work at CUNY in
real estate finance.

Robert E. Kent Esq.
ROBERT KENT joined TRITEC Development Group as a Vice President and Developer in January of 2002. Mr. Kent’s focus is on entitlement, acquisitions, environmental issues, leasing and business development. He currently manages the development and leasing of approximately 403,000 square feet in Hauppauge, NY and performs a variety of services for the TRITEC Real Estate Company, Inc. organization.
Prior to joining TRITEC, Rob was a partner in Gibbs, Giden, Locher & Turner, LLP. and handled a broad base of commercial litigation with a concentration of construction and employment law.
Mr. Kent graduated from Brown University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior and Management. He graduated from Loyola Law School in 1989 with a Juris Doctorate. Currently Rob is pursuing a Masters degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
Mr. Kent is admitted to practice law in California, New York and the District of Columbia and is also the member of several state and local Bar Associations. Rob serves as the Cub Master for Cub Scout Pack 18 in Stony Brook. He also volunteers as basketball coach for the Three Village Basketball League and The Boys and Girls Club.
Mr. Kent is married and lives in Stony Brook with his wife Stella, son Robert Jr. and daughters Daryn, Darby and Delaney.

Martin A. DePasquale, AIA
Martin A. DePasquale joined TRITEC Building Company as Director
of Preconstruction Services in February of 2004. Mr. DePasquale will be responsible
for coordinating a streamlined preconstruction process for TRITEC Building Company
projects. In addition, he will market preconstruction services to potential
clients, including architects, and will lead business development in the areas
of Health Care, Private Education, and Corporate.
Prior to joining TRITEC, Mr. DePasquale served as Principal
at The Baldassano Architectural Group. He joined Baldassano as a draftsman in
1988, rising to Associate in 1992, and Principal in 1996. His responsibilities
included, coordination of preconstruction services, proposal writing, coordinating
RFP responses and conducting presentations, and serving as Administrator for
all AIA contracts. With his areas of project expertise being in Health Care,
Educational Institutions, and Corporate, Mr. DePasquale served as Project Architect
for Southside Hospital, N.S.L.I.J., Lindenhurst and Elwood School Districts,
Symbol Technologies, Inc., and the Suffolk County Civil Court Complex in Riverhead.
A New York State Licensed Architect since 1991, Mr. DePasquale
received his BS in Architectural Technology from the New York Institute of Technology
in 1986.

Kenneth Abrami, LEED AP
KENNETH Abrami is a Vice President/Construction Executive responsible for Field Operations
of TRITEC Building Company, Inc., and has been a member of the Building
Company since 1996.
Mr. Abrami is the principal point of contact with the customer and is ultimately responsible for building the project according to the customer’s schedule, program and budget. As Vice President of Field Operations, he ensures the corporate culture of Project Delivery Performance is embodied in the field as will as adherence to TRITEC Building Company’s Policy and Procedures..
Prior to TRITEC, Ken was a project manager with Radon Construction Corporation
and Ramcon Corporation. Mr. Abrami received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture
from New York Institute of Technology with a minor in construction management.
