Applecore Hotels awarded TRITEC Building Company, Inc. the construction of the LaQuinta Inn & Suites, A 132 room limited services hotel. Amenities include meeting rooms, a spa, and exercise facilities.

TThis is the first LaQuinta Inn & Suites to be built on Long Island. The structure is a a four story panelized wood frame with a facade of EFIS and brick. The facility is connected to an on-site 15,000 GPD sewage treatment facility, also to be constructed by TRITEC.

The project was completed in May of 2006.
