The 133 guestrooms and suites are tastefully appointed and fully outfitted to serve traveler's needs. Amenities include a Great Room with a fireplace, a fully equipped fitness center, indoor heated pool, sauna, and meeting rooms to accommodate up to 50 people.

The project was constructed utilizing a prefabricated structural metal stud framing system and precast plank decks for the entire 7 story structure. This system enabled TRITEC to erect the building at a rate of 1 floor per 8 days. The prefabricated exterior panels were installed for the entire building within 30 days.

An On-site Chromaglass system handles the sewage discharge.

The project was completed in March, 2001.
