TRITEC Building Company was asked to complete this new 3 story hotel with 39 suites and 89 room in total. The amenities for the hotel include an indoor fitness room, breakfast bar and two conference rooms.
The building was constructed utilizing a structural metal stud framing system and pre-cast plank decks for the entire structure. The facade is a mixture of cultured stone and Exterior Finish Insulation System (EFIS). The EFIS system and stone provide a stunning visual contrast while being durable and energy efficient.
Constructed over a 12 month schedule the hotel will be completed in November of 2005.
