Commack Hospitality chose TRITEC Building Company to complete their new 5 story, 111 room hotel. The building was constructed utilizing a prefabricated structural metal stud framing system and precast plank decks for the entire structure. An Exterion Finish Insulation System (EFIS) was applied following the completion of the shell in Spring 2003. The EFIS system provides a stunning exterior look while being durable and energy efficient. The site presented challenges including construction of an extensive off-site sewer connection to handle waste discharge.

An indoor fitness room and spa, 9 luxury suites, and limited food service complete the amenities of this project.

Project was completed and delivered in August 2003.
