The owners of the Marriott Residence Inn Long Island, Hauppauge chose TRITEC Building Company to help them provide the perfect extended-stay experience. The hotel is located in the heart of the Hauppauge Industrial Park with 100 spacious suites all offering separate living and sleeping areas with a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher,and range. An on-site, 15,000 GPD Chromoglass sewage treatment plant was installed to treat discharge on the site. The construction of the shell utilized a modular, structural metal stud system with metal roof trusses.

Project was completed March 2002.
